progress report, and have the finished rug
shipped directly to you or your client. In addition, you can do
all of this in a third of the time and at half
the cost of conventional methods.

Our production process can
be separated into four distinct phases outlined
below:
Bid
Our production process begins with a bid on your
design. The first bid is a Quick Quote
which you receive as part of the on-line design
process. It will give you an estimate of the cost
to produce your rug and is meant to let you
know if your design will fit your budget and
allows you the opportunity to adapt your vision
accordingly. Once you submit the order to us, we will look it
over and contact you to discuss your project in
person. During this initial consultation we
listen to your needs, and identify additional
pieces of information we may need from you, such
as color swatches so we can match your existing
palette, or special construction
techniques(loop, pile, embossed or
combination etc). We also will advise you at this
time of any additional charges you may incur by
using our special Design Services. Once
have completed the initial consultation, we will
begin working on part two of the production
process.
Approval
We take your design and
create a pattern for the proposed Rug.
You will also select fiber samples for each of
the yarns colors in your design. We then send you the pattern and
yarns for you to approve or make changes as
needed (these can be sent by FedExp/UPS/ DHL for an
additional charge). Once you have approved the
pattern and yarns, we recommend having a 1'x1' or bigger
strike-off made to see what the finished rug
will look like. These are useful for
showing to a client and to avoid being
dissatisfied with the finished result.
There is a nominal fee associated with these
samples, which may be deducted from the cost of
the finished carpet. Before beginning the
production process, we require a 30% deposit on
the total invoice for the rug, with the
balance payable before shipment of the finished
item. Sign off on the back of the pattern,
yarns, and sample and return them to us along
with your deposit, to begin the third part of the
process.
Production
The production process begins by submitting the
approved pattern, yarns, and construction
technique to our factory. Then begin
the fabrication process, which normally takes 6-12 weeks to complete. Depending on volume.
number of colors to be used and complexities of motifs,
however, we are often able to complete orders in
less time, should you require. You will be
advised of the ship date for the rug and it
will be sent directly to you or your client
or to the address you specified. We do not include an
invoice or any other sort of financial
documentation with the finished rug when it
ships to your client except Airway Bill. The final invoice
will be sent to you separately.
Note: We keep
you informing the progress report by submitting digital pictures
of progress every week or when you prefer.
Completion
With the arrival of your unique
custom Rugs, the process is complete. Our
